Terrorism is like the lottery. Just the other way around.
Everyone is afraid that they might be the one to whom it will happen.
TERROR is an intense, stream of consciousness style drama series that mainly takes place in Paris, Brussels, Berlin and Syria. The multi-narrative drama focuses on five interrelated events and characters whose lives and fates are affected by global terror and imminently veer towards each other and coalesce as the story progresses. Despite the severe tone of the setting, in the end, TERROR is a story full of hope. Because where there’s hope, there’s life.

Germany, 2045. It’s been 100 years since the end of World War II. In the months leading up to May 8th, the preparations for the celebrations have reached a fever pitch. ANTON SPIELMANN, the last Jewish survivor of the Holocaust, will be the guest of honour. He was rescued by the Allies from a concentration camp when he was one year old, the only member of his family to survive. But the LA-based Spielmann isn’t keen on his role in the celebrations, unlike his recently deceased predecessor Ismael Mauskopf. At 101, Spielmann is tired of his place in the Holocaust’s history. He has lead a long and fulfilling life, and desires nothing more than his seemingly imminent death. A death which must be avoided at all costs, at least until after May 8th. This begins an absurd mission for the Germans to keep “The Last Jew” alive, by any means necessary.
